CranioSacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

What to expect in a session

CST can be a stand alone treatment or combined with other modalities based on your symptoms. For first time visits 90 mins is recommended to allow for assessment and time for treatment. This gentle technique can be offered fully clothed for those not comfortable disrobing. Most individuals report less pain, a deep sense of relaxation and calm following a session.
